The following examples from our recent real estate development projects help to illustrate our commitment to creative design, superior build
quality and earth friendly "green" buildings. Each of these projects involved acquiring existing land, removing an old outdated structure, and
replacing it with a brand new, high quality, energy efficient and healthy home that included a myriad of sustainable features & technologies.
During the demolition and construction phases of each project, we worked hard to minimize the material that would otherwise go to a landfill.
On site separation of materials, combined with recycling or re-using more than 90% of onsite materials allowed us to reclaim much of what
would have traditionally been discarded. In addition, all of our projects use reclaimed, recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible.
Each of the projects below is Certified "Built Green".
