Although we are no longer in the real estate business, the following examples from our recent real estate development projects help to
illustrate our commitment to creative design, superior build quality and earth friendly "green" buildings. Each of these projects involved
acquiring existing land, removing an old outdated structure, and replacing it with a brand new, high quality, energy efficient and healthy home
which featured a myriad of sustainable technologies.
During the demolition and construction phases of each project, we worked hard to minimize the material that would otherwise go to a landfill.
On site separation of materials combined with recycling or re-using more than 90% of the waste allowed us to reclaim much of what would
have been discarded. In addition, all of our projects use reclaimed, recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible.
Each of the projects below is Certified "Built Green".
